EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

 HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all labels, within 15 days of receiving the shipment , in order to receive a refund or exchange.

CHANGE :

  • Spain: €5.5
  • Europe: €15

Once you're on the platform, select the product you want to exchange and choose the new size or item you'd like. We'll give you a code to take to the post office, or if you prefer, a courier can pick it up from your home. Once we receive the shipment, we'll send you the new item.

If you choose a product with a different price, we will adjust the charge or refund accordingly.

RETURN :

  • Spain: €6.5
  • Europe: €15

Once you're on the platform, select the product you wish to return. You can choose between a refund to your original payment method (at a cost of €6.50) or a gift card with no additional cost and no expiration date.

We'll provide you with a code to take the package to the post office, or if you prefer, a courier will pick it up from your home. The gift card will be issued when the product is shipped, while the refund will be credited a few days after the shipment.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY NEW ORDER OR MY REFUND?

Once you send your return to your nearest drop-off point, our transport partners will collect it and take it back to our warehouse. Our operations team will receive the returns and begin processing them.

Once your return has passed quality control and been returned in the same condition as when delivered, we will process it . Unfortunately, this may take a little longer to handle.

We assure you that we will process your return as quickly as possible and you will receive your refund or the shipment of your new exchange order as soon as possible.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

We guarantee the quality of our garments, but if you find a defect, we will refund the return shipping costs after inspecting the item at our warehouse. All our products include a warranty against manufacturing defects.
