OBJECT AND GENERAL INFORMATION
These General Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, and Privacy Policy regulate the use of the website www.oldschoolspain.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"), owned by BY CALUEM, SL (hereinafter "Old School") - B05451927.
Through its website www.oldschoolspain.com, Old School Spain provides information about its products and offers the possibility of purchasing them. Users who access these parts of the Website agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in these General Terms, insofar as they are applicable.
Accessing and/or using this Old School Spain portal grants the status of USER, who accepts, from the moment of access and/or use, the General Terms of Use outlined herein. These Terms shall apply regardless of any mandatory General Contracting Terms that may also be applicable.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
The information provided about each product, including photographs or videos related to the products and the trade names, trademarks, or distinctive signs of any kind displayed on Old School Spain's website, are shown on www.oldschoolspain.com for informational purposes only.
PRICES
All product prices displayed on the website include VAT and any other applicable taxes. However, these prices do not include shipping costs, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the User.
AVAILABILITY
Old School Spain informs the User that the number of available units is kept up to date based on warehouse stock levels and supplier availability. Under no circumstances will Old School Spain intentionally sell more units than are available or reserved by the supplier.
Old School Spain will do everything possible to fulfill all User product requests. However, on occasion, and due to circumstances beyond Old School Spain's control, such as human errors or IT system issues, the quantity ultimately delivered by the supplier may differ from the order placed by Old School Spain to fulfill User orders.
If the product is unavailable after the order has been placed, the User will be informed via email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. Partial cancellation of the order due to unavailability does not entitle the User to cancel the entire order. If the User wishes to return the delivered product as a result of this cancellation, they must follow the procedures outlined in the previous section.
PAYMENT
The User agrees to pay at the time of placing the order. The initial price listed on the website for each product will be increased by the corresponding shipping costs. These fees will always be communicated to the User before finalizing the purchase.
The receipt or proof of purchase corresponding to the order will be sent via email once the payment is received.
The User must pay for their order using a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, or similar cards). The User must notify Old School Spain of any unauthorized or fraudulent charges made to the card used for purchases via email as soon as possible so that Old School Spain can take appropriate measures.
SECURITY
Old School Spain uses the security measures provided by Shopify Payments. Additionally, the payment process is executed on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection that encrypts the information using 128-bit algorithms, ensuring that it can only be understood by the User's computer and the Website's server. By using the SSL protocol, it is guaranteed that:
- The User is communicating their data to Old School Spain's server and not to any other entity attempting to impersonate it.
- Data transmitted between the User and Old School Spain's server is encrypted, preventing third-party access or manipulation.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once the order is confirmed—through acceptance of the Terms of Use and completion of the purchase process—Old School Spain will always send an email to the User confirming the details of the purchase.
