WHERE IS MY ORDER?

To get information about your order, you can track it using the corresponding number through this link.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Check your spam folder. If you don't find it, check the email address you used when making the purchase, as the system may have automatically linked it to your payment method.

We can update your email and resend the information. We just need your full name, address, and purchase date to locate the order.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY THE COMPONENTS OF MY ORDER?

No, we do not make cancellations or modifications to order components. This means we cannot change sizes or the shipping address.

If you want to change the address, you'll have to wait to receive the tracking number by email and contact the shipping company directly through that email. You can choose to have it left at a Parcel Shop for easier collection if you'll be away.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED?

There are two possible reasons why you might not have received your order:

1. Incorrect address: Please verify that the address provided is correct. If it is not, the shipping company may contact you to resolve the issue. You can also contact them directly by phone or through their website.

2. Failed delivery attempts: The courier will make two delivery attempts. If both fail, the package may be left at a collection point (Parcel Shop) for you to pick up.

If the order is returned to the sender, we will process the refund upon receiving it in our warehouse, but unfortunately we cannot resend the order.
